Welcome to The Fallen Oak Homestead — the place our family is blessed to call home in Lakeland, Florida.
The homestead is more than the property surrounding our woodworking shop. It's where we're raising our six children, caring for our animals, working the land, building things, learning new skills, making memories, and enjoying a way of life we're incredibly grateful to have.
MORE THAN A BUSINESS
The Fallen Oak has always been about more than the things we sell.
Behind the woodworking, orders, furniture builds, and business is a real family living a real life together.
Some days that means working in the shop.
Other days it means tractors, animals, property projects, repairs, family adventures, or figuring out how to do something we've never done before.
Usually, it's a little bit of everything.
The Fallen Oak Homestead is where we get to share that side of our story.
RAISING OUR FAMILY HERE
One of the greatest blessings of this land is getting to raise our children here.
Our six kids are growing up around family, animals, tools, tractors, woodworking, projects, responsibilities, and the freedom to get outside and experience life beyond a screen.
We're also incredibly grateful to share these grounds with Jami's Mom, Charlotte.
Having multiple generations of our family here together makes this much more than a piece of property.
It's family ground.
It's our home.
THE LAND WE LOVE
Lakeland, Florida is more than simply the city listed on our address.
It's our community.
Our homestead.
Our castle and fortress.
Our treasure.
A gift from God and a place we feel incredibly blessed to call home.
It's also where a hurricane brought down the oak tree that would eventually help give The Fallen Oak its name.
Our family lives here.
Our business operates here.
Our products are built here.
Our children are growing up here.
And we're grateful for every bit of it.

There's something we love about a life filled with family, land, animals, tractors, tools, hard work, building things, repairing things, learning as we go, and occasionally getting a little dirty in the process.
We're proud Americans, and we're grateful for the opportunity to raise our family, work with our hands, operate our own business, care for this little piece of land, and build something for the next generation.
