Thank you for shopping with The Fallen Oak. Because our products are handcrafted and many are made or prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer preference.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, finish options, photos, and other listing details carefully before placing your order. Because we work with real wood, natural variations in grain, knots, texture, color, and stain absorption are expected and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. Please keep the original item and packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, replacement component, repair solution, or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are handcrafted or prepared specifically for your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Once production, preparation, or fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
